Make sure that you take out a calender and Mark your Start date, count 90 days forward from that and put your completion date.
Nutrition Is the Key!
Here is my nutrition advise. This is the simple way to eat right! It truly is this simple!
It works for everyone, everywhere, every time!
Realize:
If you allow your body to become hungry you will store fat.
If you allow your body to become full you will tax you system.

The 3 step diet!
1. Do not allow your body to become hungry
2. Do not allow your body to become full
*3. Eat ONLY REAL FOOD
* Real Food means... food that is harvested or killed then eaten raw or cooked. Real Food can be combined with other Real Food only.
Do Not consume Real Food that has been combined with NON FOOD. Simply put...look at the ingredients. If it wasn't alive at some point, then it isn't Real Food.
Disclaimer-- I do not always follow my own plan. I eat junk sometimes too. This is just a guide.
Extracted nutrients from Real Foods are obviously good for the body. That is the purpose of eating Real Food. So with that being said... Nutritional Supplements are advised as well. You do not need to take supplements, so long as you intake the essential nutrients your body needs everyday.

Losing weight CAN be done by reducing calories and starving yourself. That can be done by just eating one Twinkie a day. This way will make you skinny but you will not be well or healthy.
