Working out and Staying on Track

I will help you stay on track and get into a rhythm.

It is not uncommon to start a workout program and skip a day and then a few more. The next thing that you know you are telling yourself that you will start all over on Monday!

Often times, people attempt to add a newer healthier lifestyle to a currently unhealthy lifestyle.

The problem with that is that you can only live ONE type of lifestyle; and guess what... you get to choose what you want!

We all have 24hrs to use each day. How we use our time is our own choice.

When two lifestyles are competing for the same 24 hours, stress will manifest and ultimately produce results that you didn't want, but chose anyway.

This is why it is important to make working out and eating right yours. Everything else has to fit around that! Sorry, but that is how it is done.

Know that where you are now is a result of what you have already done. Now is the time to create; so that when 90 days has past, you will see the results of your NOW choices!

So, here is what I want you to do first.
Take out a sheet of paper and write down
1. "WHY" do you want to live longer.
2. "WHY" did you let yourself become unhealthy
3. "WHAT" unhealthy behaviors will you remove from your life that will make room for your healthy ones?
4. "WHAT" is your 90 Goal?
5. "WHAT" will you do differently for the next two weeks that will get you closer to your 90 goal?
6. "Your 90 day Commitment"
7. "WHEN" will you follow through on your commitment to yourself
8. "The date and time that you answered these questions"

Now I want you to close your eyes for a moment and feel the feelings that you will have when you have completed your 90 Goal.

Next, take a picture of yourself holding that sheet of paper in front of you. Post it in a place where you can see it everyday; and if you are really serious about being held accountable, send the picture to me and/or post it on facebook and have your friends hold you accountable!
